Workout activities

Here is a list of training requirements most often wanted by my clients.  Whatever the persons aims are, various aspects of these training programs are incorporated to give the individual a complete overall fitness.

Fitness

By incorporating various activities the muscles used will be stronger and less stressed leading to a more balanced body and optium results seen

 

Boxing

Rod also teaches boxing at a high standard from beginners to the more advanced.  He also co operates boxercise routines into his personal training sessions which has been very popular with both sexes.

He teaches one to one sessions as well as group sessions where you can learn how to box and create your own style and take part in different aspects of a boxers training regime, bagwork, skipping, pad work and sparring (sparring is done at Hyde Park or a location can be hired out).

Rod was trained by Australia’s two most successful boxing trainers ‘Bernie Hall’ Sydney and ‘Max Pescud’ Goldcoast to become a skilled fighter himself. 

 

Other Activities

Rod takes his clients running on a regular basis to various parks (Green Park, St James's and Hyde Park).  He likes and encourages you to get away from the gym and your training pattern. It's also very relaxing to be in a big open park with trees, grass and wildlife especially if you have a had a stressful day at the office.  Rod guarantees you will come back with a feeling that you have been worked hard but also more importantly you will feel great, relaxed and ready to continue your day.
